  I don’t even want to leave a star because they were that terrible. Completely misleading and when I called about my concerns the manager was defensive and combative. Clearly needs training and coaching to improve her managerial skills. It’s heartbreaking because we have been going there for years but one rotten apple can ruin the bunch.

  The vetrinarians here are awesome and so are the technicians. Really friendly and flexible with getting my cat in when we can't get an appointment online for a time that works for us. Veterinary care is pricey everywhere, but here they have a coupon for a free first exam, and wellness plans that are 20 bucks a month that help too. I might look into that with how often I end up here. Thank you VCA for treating pet owners and pets with respect and kindness. ❤️

  They killed my dog, and they make you go into debt with their credit cards they give you for an over priced visit, meds, and surgery, heck just for them to even want to talk to you. They have no heart unless you have the money.
