I brought in my cat a few weeks ago not only did they not even tell me what condition my cat had but gave me a treatment plan for 2.2k without explanation. Medication was overly expensive… definitely not friendly to those who are in a tight budget.. workers were nice for the most part. i went somewhere else I was told I didn’t even need a treatment plan and he just had a incurable disease so even if I did do the treatment plan it wouldn’t have cured it.

Luego enfermó más otra gatita que tengo y me la atendieron siempre igual, sin duda es un excelente servicio el que ofrecen, mis bebés ya está muy bien ..

I really can not thank Jennifer and the rest of the staff here enough for the care and compassion they gave to our amazing boy Bentley, and the outpouring of heartfelt display they showed towards my wife and I through this process. Bentley had a beautiful passing, he was comfortable and surrounded by love. We have everybody at Los Banos VCA to thank for helping us through this time.
