  Muy buen servicio atención, amabilidad. Lleve a mi gatita porq estaba muy enferma. Le dieron buen medicamento y mi pequeña bebé a los pocos días estaba mejor. Luego enfermó más otra gatita que tengo y me la atendieron siempre igual, sin duda es un excelente servicio el que ofrecen, mis bebés ya está muy bien ..

  We made the difficult decision today to lay our 12 year old lab to rest. I really can not thank Jennifer and the rest of the staff here enough for the care and compassion they gave to our amazing boy Bentley, and the outpouring of heartfelt display they showed towards my wife and I through this process. Bentley had a beautiful passing, he was comfortable and surrounded by love. We have everybody at Los Banos VCA to thank for helping us through this time.

  I don’t write reviews unless someone goes above and beyond. I had my little dachshund shaking uncontrollably this afternoon. We rushed to VCA we hadn’t been here in years. No reason just didn’t come this far away (30 min). Anyways, they asked my name and asked what the problem was I told them, they got us in a room right away and said we could do updating later. The vet came in right away, quizzed me all she could to try and see what we were dealing with. She made recommendations, we agreed, and we are taking our baby home tonight because of the wonderful care we received. Them basically dropping what they were doing to help me, meant the world to me. Thank you to the office staff, the vet techs and the vet. You guys are incredible. God bless you all!!

  We had to put our dog Chloe of 12 yrs down a few weeks ago due to declining health issues. The month leading up to our tough decision the whole VCA staff were amazing. They were very helpful & very comforting. We received a beautiful card of comfort from them after. Thank you all for being so sweet to us & our fur babies for many years. We will continue to come to you.

  They gave us our baby back! Our little boy, Sugarpie (male cat, long-haired), was super sick. He wouldn't eat anything, was losing weight, just basically dying slowly in front of us. We knew we couldn't afford a vet bill, but hated seeing him suffer. So, I brought him to the VCA. The staff was excellent, everyone was nice. The doctor wanted to do blood work and x-rays test.. Sugarpie had bronchitis or pneumonia and was put on an IV for a week. He pulled through and is back to normal! We thank Dr. Mason so much, we know without her care, Sugarpie wouldn't be here right now.
