  There were so many helpful people throughout the entire process! First, we are so truly grateful to Dr. Sroufe for showing such incredible compassion and care for our Labrador. Dr. Sroufe really helped put our minds at ease, which meant the absolute world to us during such a chaotic time. Brittney at the front desk was also fantastic during our most recent visit! I’d love to give a special thank you to the staff member who helped us bring our pup out to the car after her first surgery in December. (I don't know her name, but she had longer brown hair pulled up.) She helped us into the car so effortlessly, walked us through how to use the sling, and went over everything to make sure we were ready. Finally, thank you to the gentleman who helped us load into the car this second time around. He handled her so carefully and gently, which we deeply appreciated! Our pup had TPLO surgery on her left knee in December 2025, and unfortunately, her right side gave out recently on a Saturday evening. We called the clinic first thing Sunday morning and were able to be seen that very same day—and by Dr. Sroufe, no less! That was a huge relief because we had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Sroufe and the entire team the first time around. It’s a very traumatic experience for our poor pup, as well as for our whole family. Because she’s a big Lab, recovery requires a lot of extra care. We are so grateful to Dr. Sroufe and the entire staff for taking the time to explain everything so thoroughly and ensuring we knew exactly how to support her healing process. Thank you so much!

  Horrible!! I came for an immanency visit with my kitty. We were kept in a freezing cold room for NINE hours without being able to leave, or else we would “loose our spot” I was charged over $1,100 with no treatment provided. It was just a PCR test and fluids. Insane! The receptionist Cindy G was very unfriendly and unhelpful. The most frustrating experience, I will never come here again and certainly do not recommend.

  Dr Shuster was amazing. She had incredible bedside manner and answered all of our questions and walked us through the process entirely. Dr Chow who performed the splenectomy was awesome too, he gave us an update as soon as she was out of surgery. Shoshana was so kind walking us through the invoice and our payment options. The entire front desk staff, especially Daisy, were all so great and kind. I seriously cannot speak highly enough of this entire staff We had to bring our dog Chloe in for a mass that was found in her abdomen. We got her in right away and they confirmed she had a mass on her spleen. We were able to get her into surgery within a couple hours and they successfully removed the mass & her spleen. She stayed overnight and was able to come home the next day. The entire staff was so thoughtful and communicative throughout the entire process. They handled Chloe with such care and love and kept us at ease

  Dr. Krause was very gentle in her physical exam of our German Shepherd/Husky mix, 9 year old Conor. He really liked her and gave her kisses. She was patient and thorough with her exam and explained everything clearly to us.

  Dr Sean’s assistant was great at following up and setting up the appointment! We had a zoom consult with dr Yoshimoto. He answered all my questions, clearly explained her conditions, and sent me a detailed summary after the appointment. He is brilliant!
