  Update to April 7, 2026 Post: Chris responded quickly to address the issue, which I really appreciated. He replaced the studs my friends and I had purchased with ones of consistent quality and also provided the original GIA certificates we had previously requested. From there, everything was handled efficiently, and Chris kept us updated every step of the way. I’m very satisfied with how everything was resolved—excellent follow-through and customer service.   This review is long overdue. Sorry Chris. Chris from the Diamond Bank helped me with my engagement rings and wedding bands. He walked me through the whole process and made me feel more confident about the Diamond selection process. To get a natural Diamond close to a wholesale price was amazing. I highly recommend the Diamond Bank. Compare them to other shops and you’ll see the value with going with Chris. Thanks again Chris!

  My two friends and I had a very poor experience purchasing natural diamond studs from Chris. While he initially seemed trustworthy, the post-sale professionalism was non-existent. We were promised a certificate of authenticity that was never delivered; instead, our repeated calls and texts went completely ignored. When we pushed for documentation, Chris attempted to provide an 'appraisal' via a phone screenshot rather than a formal document. Because of this lack of transparency, we sought a private appraisal, which confirmed the diamonds did not match what was promised. We all ended up with diamonds smaller than promised. It’s clear we were taken advantage of as first-time buyers. If you value honest communication and getting what you paid for, I recommend looking elsewhere. Review update: Chris reached out almost immediately to remedy the situation. He exchanged the studs my friends and I had purchased for studs that were of consistent quality. He provided us with the original GIA certificates we had previously requested. The process after the fact was smooth and Chris communicated with updates. Happy customer after the exchange, thanks Chris for following through!
