No one answered the phone at all. Then I tried the online chat support, and they couldn’t even confirm real-time store inventory or answer a simple question about product availability. I was asked to create an account and place an online order, even though I clearly explained that I only wanted to buy the product in-store. After that, the conversation was simply ended without any real help. Customers are basically sent back and forth with no real assistance. For a premium brand like Dyson, I expected much better customer service and communication
