Trina is an exceptional employee. Helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and incredible attitude. Best Buy is lucky to have her. She was very helpful today and she has helped my husband multiple times on previous visits. Truly one of a kind.

Geek Squad was a great help at fixing up my phone and its battery! I think his name was Danny, he really helped me out and even grabbed me a replacement screen protector! Really nice guy and was a great help. If you need tech help definitely go to these guys 👍
AI Bot sucks and it is impossible to reach store by phone to get a simple question about a pending repair, for a big company, its pathetic and embarrassing for the team who works there, whom are good folks, best buy should fire their Chief Digital Officer, and the board that hired them.... Its hilarious that their AI bot even responded to their review, as an update I came to the store as i had no choice, they have the part, and I've been waiting for 2.5 hours for them to install a battery which takes a few min. Go to Apple direct if you can, go anywhere, do not go here.

Store doesnt state their return policy and expects you just to know. Ericka the manager was useless. With her dumb attitude. 2 customer had a question and she ignored both customer and decided to hide in the back.

Amazing experience! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making it easy to find exactly what I needed. Plus, the selection of products is fantastic—definitely my go-to for all electronics!
