Clueless staff, clueless management, horrible customer service. Used to love going to the Apple Store but now I try to get my Apple products elsewhere. Sad how far Apple Store has fallen. This location is especially bad but none of them are good either.

I would first like to say how I really do love this location. It’s a beautiful building and it’s centrally located.
I would also like to say that coming here is usually a hit or miss. I’ve been here previously for some issues with my phone, and was able to be helped without making an appointment. That time, the employees there were incredibly helpful.
This time around, I made an appointment for my laptop and had checked in with an employee, and he asked me if I remember my password to my account. I mentioned I may not but I mentioned that I had some issues with my laptop not turning on. He seemed like he got all he needed and walked away. He had also mentioned I was there early (I arrived at 12:50pm, and my appt was 1:15), and to wait about 20 min.
1:15pm rolls on by and the employees never asked anything of me. So at 1:30pm, I ask one of the employees when I can be seen. And he mentions that my appt was canceled. Which I mentioned it was a bit annoying, because I checked in with one of the employees. They apologized but it did take a bit more of my time than I initially thought it would, so now I have to come back another day. But I do appreciate them making my second appt right then and there.

1. Staff is lovely so kind and working their asses off to get every person taken care of
2. parking atrocious in this area, make sure you account for at least 30 minutes for finding parking
3. the building is so beautiful inside
4. I would rather be drawn and quartered than have to go through a battery replacement again with Apple. This comment is directly for Apple the company not this location. There MUST be a better way. The entire process is so painful and lengthy. We literally have relaunched a space program yet we cannot figure out how to expedite a simple battery change???? Tim Cook go ahead and let the new CEO know that this mustn't go on

Worst Apple customer service experience ever in my life. Traded in some apple devices and got a gift card weeks ago. Came back to use the gift card and now they’re telling me I need to call support and figure it out myself and they don’t know where the money went. So now I’m out $500 on a gift card, I need to find time to call customer support to find out where my money went.
And to add salt to the wound the manager had to step in and help me out and then in the middle of our conversation tells me he needs to go check on the floor and left for another 10min and wasted over an hour of my time and walked out with nothing and apparently $500 of lost gift cards.

Staff spent hours helping me choose and set up new laptop and phone. Can't praise them enough.
One suggestion however. Don't let customers bring drinks into the Genius Bar. Some father sat his fidgeting toddler on the table along with his iced coffee from Dunkin', a foot away from $2,000 worth of new electronics. Careless? Arrogant? Dumb? No drinks in the Genius Bar, please.
