  We came in the store because my husbands phone was not coming on. Otis was extremely patient with us. It was over an hour, with us calling the carrier ect. He never complained, started positive and stayed smiling. This was our first time at this store and he made it very present. Thanks Otis

  Soy de México y vine con un iPad completamente roto por una caída, en México no había manera de que lo repararan y ellos dijeron que seguramente en USA si podrían hacerlo así que vine y pedí que lo repararan, ellos dijeron que no podían repararlo pero que podían darme uno nuevo pagando una diferencia. La primera persona que nos atendió no dio muchas soluciones pues decía que teníamos que esperar de 7 a 10 días para tener el iPad nuevo pero eso era imposible por qué solo estábamos en Los Ángeles por 4 días sin embargo regresamos a hablar con otra persona y esta persona se llama OTIS, él nos ayudó y consiguió el iPad en menos de dos días, justo antes de irnos pasamos por el y nos lo cambiaron. GRACIAS OTIS POR AYUDARNOS TANTO, LO APRECIAMOS MUCHO 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

  came in to finally replace my phone since the old one wouldn’t turn on. i held off for months because i couldn’t bear to lose my data. but i bit the bullet and Zach made it so much easier. he was realistic from the start and didn’t try to falsely get my hopes up. i don’t know a lick about tech but he explained everything without ever making me feel talked down to. when i got sad about my data he showed me a picture of his horse and dog. both are adorable by the way. i was fully prepared to cry all the way home and instead i left feeling really grateful i came and that he was my technician. shoutout him for real!!!!

  The first two-floor Apple Store that I was ever in. Before Apple Store, London, Covent Garden. You go to Apple Store for the Apple products, but that stairway was mind-blowing. I bought big things, I attended classes, I window shopped. Never disappointed.

  Unbelievable experience with Emelyn!! She realized my apple care never transferred over from my old phone and that i was paying for apple care on an old device that i traded in. After she realized what happened, she spoke with her manager and handled the situation extremely professionally and came up with a fair resolution. I am beyond impressed with how easily she understood the situation and didn’t waste anyone’s time. The management at the grove is far better than centry city, and handles situation with care and patience. I would only use the apple store at the grove over any other apple store in LA. Emelyn is a true angel and cares, thank gd humanity still exists in people like her!! Apple you should promote her!!
