Super rude & unprofessional. Instead of notifying the store it’s closed they just turn off devices in front of you and escort you out 👎🏼 yet I see people still going inside while I was kicked out 🤦🏻‍♀️ it’s 7:55 and their letting people in after being rude

The online customer service blocked my order and did not want to release it, thankfully I was helped by Luis that helped me being able to retrieve it so I can have it for my mothers birthday ! The customer service in this store is amazing and I feel really grateful for the help they provide !

I had a bad experience at this Apple Store. Three problems: 1) They have a policy of requesting ID to pick up products, but they didn't ask for my ID when I picked up my laptop for repair. Literally anyone could have walked in and said my name, and they would have handed that person my laptop. 2) When I dropped off my laptop for repairs, I gave them the login to my computer, so that they could perform a software update. They later called me to ask for the login over the phone. This is a huge security risk and contrary to Apple's policy of not requesting passwords over the phone. When I picked up my laptop, I saw that the password was in the note for the repair—the technician just hadn't seen it. 3) The employee I interacted with was just mean. He really didn't want to answer any questions, and it felt like he was just trying to get rid of me and move on. (This was at 10am on a Thursday—there were not a lot of people there.) I have had really great experiences with Apple in general. Next time I will just go to a different store.

I needed to go to the Genius Bar because my charging capabilities weren’t working properly. I’m sometimes out with my phone for the entire day for work and I rely on the life of the 16 Pro MAX’s battery for my day to day use. With apple care, Brennen at the Grove was able to take care of me and repair my phone within an hour! Along the way he kept me entertained with his kind, sociable charisma.

Need a new iPhone and went to this location this morning. Found what I would call the “pit boss” in the middle of a bunch of green shirts “genius.” Told him I needed a phone thinking one these “genius” would help me. I would be in and out with ease. Nope I was ushered over across the store to a group of customers standing in a line by a tree and table waiting for one lonely genius to help them/us. I stood in this confusing line behind 7 other confused people for a while watching the group of “genius” in the back of the store just staring at us. Eventually I just left. Went to Nordstrom and when I walked back by the same people I was waiting behind hadn’t moved. Funny how the Apple Store used to be very helpful and well organized. Now it’s just sad. Maybe an idea would be self service for people who know what they want. Just let us use a kiosk if you don’t want to help us. McDonald’s does it. Would be a much better experience than the confusing thing you got going now. Less fake trees and “genius” huddled around and more helping humans.
