  Terrible service went for my phone repair and have apple coverage didn’t know where to check in as there is no signage and no one came up to me to help finally found someone that said they checked me in for my apt. Spent 30 min waiting at the table and everyone around me was being helped so decided to check back in with someone and said the person didn’t check me in correctly and I would’ve been waiting there if I hadn’t come up. Her manager just told her to put me back in que. was there for over an hour just for them to say I would have to leave my phone overnight as it was late. Hate dealing with apple for phone repairs or any repairs even when I pay for their apple care coverage.

  Apple at the Grove is very nice, and the staff are very nice. There is a large variety of products, like laptops, tablets, phones, watches, headphones, earbuds, etc.

  Terrible experience. The staff seemed annoyed and unwelcoming, and no one gave me clear instructions on how to make an appointment. I was sent back and forth without anyone really helping me. It completely takes away from the experience of going to a store to buy something.

  Went there today for new IPhone 18 Pro and ProMax purchased online just to pick them up. Had to wait in the long line despite the fact that I had an appointment. Chris (or Cris) was not really nice to us, barely even spoke. When after 20 minutes somebody brought him our phones, he just gave them to us saying Ok, buy! Simply turned around and walked away. I had to run after him to ask for a paper bag to put phones. When I asked him why he did not suggest them to us, he said: nobody wants bags! However all the customers around had bags in their hands. He was just ignorant to us acting like we asked for free stuff. Disappointing. Apple could make it way better!

  Horrible and unprofessional service. Went in at 11am and left at 5pm!!!! 6 HOURS!!!!!!!!! Didn't eat nor use the restroom the whole time there as I was and went alone!!!!!!!! Went in for a repair and the guy helping me didn't seem to know how to fix my issue and kept leaving and assisting other customers. Didn't tell me anything. Never came to check on me either at a point. I kept seeing him assist others. Didn't even tell me he was going to lunch either. I had to ask another employee to help me fix my issue 4 hours in because I was getting frustrated. Then he came back and seemed to help a bit then left again and never came back. The other employee helped fix the issue, but no apology from nobody, nor any communication from anything. Told the first guy my charging cable wasn't charging as well and didn't even tell me they ordered me a new one either, until 3 days later when I got a call from the store letting me know a replacement part had came in for me. Horrible!!! Will not be coming into this location again! Need to work on communication 100%!!!!!!
