I was a paying customer accompanied by my two-year-old daughter and was attempting to receive assistance when I was treated with complete disregard. Ari and another male associate with reddish hair were extremely unprofessional. Instead of introducing himself or politely assisting, the male associate approached in a way that felt hostile and dismissive. He touched my belongings without properly acknowledging me, avoided eye contact, and acted as though I wasn’t even present. I understand it was near closing time and that I was the last customer, but that does not excuse treating a customer with disrespect. A simple, “Hello, my name is ___, I’m here to help,” would have taken seconds and demonstrated basic professionalism and courtesy. What was most upsetting was the complete lack of respect shown while my young daughter was present. No customer should be made to feel ignored, unwelcome, or uncomfortable when seeking service. I will also be reporting this experience to corporate because the behavior I encountered fell far below the standards I would expect from any business. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.
