  All 3 doctors I interfaced with were amazing, patient, and thorough, and I know they were working very hard on long shifts. Thank you! I have never needed emergency services for my dog, and I was traveling, away from home with her, when she became ill. My entire experience was very positive. I received clear explanations of what to expect, treatment options, and found the doctors collaborative and accessible. I also really appreciated the follow-up call after discharge. As a (human) physician myself, I feel like many of my colleagues could learn a better bedside manner from your team. Thank you!

  Jewls is the nail trim dog whisperer! She has such a compassionate way of working with our fearful dog whose inter tiger comes out when her toenails are cut! Each and every time is a great experience and by the time we leave our fearful dog is eating out of Jewls hand! Thank you Jewls for being the special person you are! Jewls is always the sweetest kindest person and loves on our fearful dog! We appreciate her more than she could ever know! We ALWAYS have the best experience!

  From the moment I went in to checking out. Everyone was so nice and helpful and the Doctor explained everything to me and what to expect. Unfortunately my dog did not make it, but they were very compassionate when it was time to put her down. It was a hard decision and they were with us all the way. I have been to other emergency Vets, but Loomis is by far the best experience I have had to deal with. Their pricing for the service was very reasonable compared to the other ones we went to. I m so glad our Vet referred us to them.

  Our 12 year old dog had to come in on Emergency June 11. When I called to say we were on our way, during check in, and throughout our process there, Dunae the receptionist, was so kind, calm, and compassionate. They quickly took him back and assessed what was going on. Dr. Gallardo was the doctor who took care of our Ruger, and she did an excellent job explaining what was going on, and his diagnosis. She was caring, honest, and kind, and I am thankful she was there for us. Although we are still heartbroken that he can't still be here with us, we are grateful that the staff that morning was so kind to us.

  This will be difficult for me because there are several staff and Dr's there that are beyond amazing and if I could just name them each one would get more than 5 stars. Dr Jill and Dr Wally come to mind as well as the Administrator and Medical Director who's names escape me but who were exceptional in their care for us. And I do mean exceptional. BUT I also had absolutely horrifying service there that should be noted. I had a Dr take advantage of my sorrow and try to push me for the Gold Standard of care and insult me when I told her I couldn't afford 7 grand. And I had a technician tell me that no matter what they did my cat would probably die. I mistakenly wore a 45/47 t shirt that day thay I turned inside out for fear that I would be treated worse due to my political leanings. After the technicians statement I realized even turning my shirt inside out wasnt enough and I asked that she not be allowed anywhere near my cat. Sadly my cat would die after receiving care there. So I guess she was right. No matter what they did or did not do my soul cat died and my heart was shattered. Im just glad he didnt die in their care but began his decline less than 1 hour from coming home. I took him to my local vet and she comforted me with tears of her own as I said goodbye. I'll close with this. Again. There is wonderful staff there. And there are others who shouldn't be allowed to work there or anywhere around animals if they cannot do it kindly and civil without allowing their personal feelings about politics and money to interfere.
