  NEVER open on time just make up there own hours says 12-6 on Sundays, here it is 241pm and their STILL not open!!! Not a professional business if they post hours of operation, but not open those hours!!! This happens all the time here!!!(P.S. THEY NEVER OPENED!!!) Also I dont do social media, this store is just making you look bad reaching out to tech support aint gonna fix this BAD MANAGEMENT!!! IF YOU REALLY CARE...THEN MAKE THEM OPEN UP ON THE HOURS SPECIFIED

  I called Cricket's customer support to get my PIN reset. They advised me to go to in person because my phone was not getting text messages, all I needed was to show my ID. I went and the employee who opened the door said to call 611. I explained that they had instructed me to go in person. It seemed he was just waiting for the time to pass so he can clock out. I ended up going to the Cricket on University, the girl there was super helpful and was able to reset my PIN in less than 2 minutes. The guy at this location could've helped me, he just didn't want to. What a shame!!! I ended up switching to Verizon afterwards.

  So I went In today and made 2 transactions and then returned both the phones and bought a third one, and the manager who's name I forgot helped me out and was super chill and amazing honestly I liked the way she attended me and will definitely return to buy a phone and to see her 😂 thanks.

  I Love Cricket it's the awesome place to go for a low price plan for a phone its very Friendly i love it & also i love there awesome Android Phones it's the there very Best phones ever i Really Enjoy my Android Phone Cricket is the Best yup that's for Sure 😘
