They sent out a repairman that didn’t know what he was doing. Never got back to us or the home warranty company about what was wrong with the A/C. We then called our friend Bob Alvis. After checking our A/C, Bob suggested to call Western Equipment Service Heating and A/C to repair it. An employee named Tim came over and had it fixed within an hour. Thank you so much Bob and Tim.
