Great customer service from Joe, Carmen and David! They had my phone that I wanted, and I was in and out quick....BUT....
A word of advice, Joe. When you try to sell someone the $11/month Cricket Plan, don't lead the sales pitch with:
"Yo, bro....are you sure you don't want to get the $11/month Cricket Protect? What if someone steals your phone? [I tell him that I've had my phone for like years without a problem] Yeah but you in Lancaster now, someone might come up to you and jack yo phone!!!"
I mean, you've got a point, but BRO, seriously?! LOL You lead up with that? If Carmen and David weren't there with you to provide EXCELLENT customer service, this review would have gone to dogs**t.
So, BRO...next time....do me a favor. Don't talk to customers like you just finished watching the next sequel to the Fast and Furious movies. I promise, BRO, you'll get more customers if you talk to them like a sensible human being.
