- MMMattMay 13, 20263.0Brought my work pc to get serviced. Was having issues with the battery randomly disconnecting from the terminals. Super nice receptionist took inventory of my PC. Minimal access passwords given to do the service and check operations. Found out the battery was faulty so it was replaced. Everything went well until I took it home started to use the PC. I slid the PC on my dining room table and a major scratch cut through the top layer of the table. Thought there was something under my PC. Nope! It was a screw that had been stripped, crooked, and petruding downward. Awesome. Yay for big box brands.

Geek squad manager just didn’t want the store to take the hit for the return. Asked where it shows on the return policy where they can refuse a valid return. Shooed me away. Worst experience at a Best Buy location.
