  I've been with cricket since 2005. Like always they've always gone above and beyond for their service. I will continue to have cricket as my cell service provider. even with the few "dead zones" I would choose them over any competitor. Just pay your bill on time and you'll never have an issue!

  This place and it's parking lot are lousy, I have several friends who have switched to them because all the other options in our rural community have either gone out of business or no longer have a store front here because there's just not enough of a customer base to justify the cost of maintaining a store here. So my friends who have switched to Cricket have all had problems with being charged a different price each month, or running out of data even though they have the supposed unlimited plan. But my beef is with their parking lot. It's so tiny and crowded that even I my little car, I have trouble navigating it. I was taking a friend to pay their bill the other day and literally couldn't get out of the parking spot I was in, because a large truck had pulled in to the spot directly behind me and so it left me no room to back out of my spot and turn to get out of the parking lot. I had to what till the owner of the truck moved their vehicle forward as far as they could so I could back out and then they could back out and leave the parking lot. Never want to go there again. When the temperature outside is 104 degrees and you can't move around in a parking lot it gets aggravating real quick!
