  I've been sitting on writing this review for about 4 months because I didn't want to post something out of frustration. But now that Ive found a new phone repair company, i keep thinking about how much money, time, and frustration I went through with 911 gadgets. I honestly don't understand how my experience was so different from the 5 star reviews I see here so it makes me question whether those reviews are from actual customers. I brought multiple phones to this business and every single one had problems after the repair. all 3 of the phones, the glue started separating upon pickup. The way the phones were put back together also caused them not to fit properly in the phone cases they had fit in before (which i was not told would be a problem) Soon after, when small cracks developed, I was told I had to pay for another repair because the screens voided his warranty. At the time, I kept assuming I must be at fault and continued paying to have them repaired again. (i know, fool me 6x, definitely shame on me). Looking back, I don't believe I should have accepted the phones but each time I needed the phone so I told myself that I would just deal with it and hope for the best. But really, the phones should not have been returned to me if the repair wasnt properly completed in the first place. Communication was another major issue. Whenever I brought up problems with a repair, I often had difficulty getting a response or no response at all which is why it would take another cracked screen, for me to go into the store. On occasion, after paying upfront, it took almost 30 days to get my phone back which I continued to give grace because he told me he was out of town due to a family emergency but it wasnt the only time the repairs took well over 2 weeks when I was initially told it would be about 3 days. To his credit, he did redo ONE of the phones at no charge and that phone has actually held up since the 2nd repair. Unfortunately that was not my overall experience. With the other phones, I ended up paying repeatedly for repairs and re-repairs. Altogether, I estimate I spent around $1200 trying to get these phones fixed again and again. *phones would also glitch and the screen would go black (mind you these had no cracks at the time. see photo of black screen) For a long time, I genuinely thought i was the problem and that I was doing something wrong with the phones but after taking my phones to a different repair shop in town and not having a single problem since, I no longer feel i was at fault. I wish I had stopped going back sooner but the other 5 star reviews made me doubt myself. I gave multiple opportunities for these repairs to be made right and unfortunately I cannot recommend 911 gadgets based on my experience.
