People told me not to go to VCA (any VCA) but it was convenient so I took a chance. while I really like Dr. Bennett, I could not rationalize the obnoxious, consistently rude front desk staff. I had multiple terrible experiences with them. Suffice it to say that it was easier to see the doctor than to get a prescription filled. There are other more professional offices in the area and I’m going to find one that treats the dog owners as well as their pets.

Dr. Bennett was her favorite doctor, which says a lot because we’ve lived in a few different spots, and Penny had several health issues so she’s been treated by quite a few doctors. Penny always looked forward to seeing Dr. Bennett and appreciated her company and care. After the passing of our sweet angel, Dr. Bennett sent us the sweetest hand written card. I have nothing but positive things to say about this clinic, as they were always timely, professional and accurate in their diagnoses.

Never even freaked out over football screaming I miss her so much But the staff there were so soft and caring it made me accept that I was helping her Have had some rough days but it’s getting better I will eventually get a new shelter kitten and they will defitinely be my vet of choice Thank you all
