Don't go with new pet free first exam voucher. Cheated me out of $250 credit and tried to charge for second exam when just needed appointment with tech for shot. I have dogs and another cat, but will not return to this business! Go to a real veternarian with their own office not a corporation trying to fleece you!

Took my dog there during an emergency. I’m pretty sure she had passed before leaving our house. I think the poor dog chocked. We tried the Heimlich maneuver on her, but to no avail we also checked to see if there was anything lodged in her throat. We tried on mouth to mouth. We didn’t know how to do CPR on a dog. I have never looked that up. My two daughters and I were frantic and rush the dog too the animal hospital, which is about 10 minutes in traffic. What I learned was that a dog that is choking or has choked on something after 3 to 5 minutes is already dead so by the time we left the house. It’s more than five minutes. She was dead. I didn’t want my daughters to think I wasn’t trying so we rushed her to the hospital. I had no shoes or shirt on so I had the girls drop off the dog. Tell them that she’s not breathing one of my daughters runs out and asked if we want CPR I suggested not. If she’s dead she went back in. I found some shirt in the car put it on walked out when I walked into the office right away. they want they asked if I want CPR to which I replied, not if she’s dead and they just shrugged and said well, so they didn’t give me an answer anyway my oldest daughter went in with the doctors after several minutes they asked her again. Do you want to keep going with CP? She said no she’s dead and so they stopped. What was sad about the whole thing is that I believe they knew she was already dead and did not need CPR. They could’ve just told us that they kept asking for IDs someone with an ID since we ran out the house rushed out. I left my ID and sold in my oldest daughter so it was bothering that they kept asking for ID while the emergencies going on. Finally, my wife got there. They asked her again for an ID all because they wanna charge somebody there acting like if we were not gonna pay so they charge over 200 just to rush for the emergency 700+ for CPR and then another so many hundred for cremation all a rip off and they couldn’t even tell us if she choked or what was the cause of death so sad I wouldn’t take my other dog there just to for check ups or anything else. Sorry for any grammatical errors I was in a rush

When in for the free exam that comes with parasite prevention mentioned it to Hannah went in for blisters on his paw the doctor was nice but I feel like their money hungry because the injection they made me purchase didn't do anything with his blisters at all, Hannah is very lazy when I would ask her questions that she didn't know anything about she would just leave it at that and I would have to ask her to find out. When I came to setting the appointment Hannah try to set it for the afternoon when I told her I needed a morning appointment and she wouldn't budge, so I had to call the next morning to reschedule it with another worker who had no issue doing it. Long story short went to another doctor I got the issue fixed for less than 20 bucks. Stay away unless you want a headache and a large bill and still they haven't reached out or even given me the parasite prevention for the free exam

I recently called this veterinary clinic today 4/18/26 to ask for a simple price estimate for an X‑ray for my dog. I spoke with a very pleasant staff member named Vanessa, but she was unable to provide even a basic price range. I was told that the cost depends on the doctor’s treatment and that pricing can only be determined after the visit. While I understand that care can vary, an X‑ray is a common and routine service, and not being able to explain its general cost upfront is concerning. As a pet owner, transparency matters—especially when it comes to medical expenses. When a clinic can’t give a clear explanation or estimate for something so standard, it raises questions and doesn’t inspire confidence. I hope this call was recorded and reviewed, because clearer communication around pricing would go a long way to trust, you want me to trust you with my baby but then unable to answer a basic question, it’s a Chihuahua not a giraffe or a gorilla or a bear 5 1/2 pound Chihuahua. I don’t feel as not being able to be presented with a price in order to be able to get the customer in the door to then charge whatever they feel like charging is a bit of a scam. Buyer beware!
