- BJBob JacksonJun 14, 20261.0My S24 Ultra got a little wet was saying no SIM card no service. So I went to the Grossmont location yesterday (6/14, noonish) to purchase a new Sim card. I told the guy my issue and that I needed a new Sim card. He replies, "thats a phone issue". I said ok but id rather try a $10 Sim card before buying a $1200 phone. Can I just buy a Sim card to see if that would fix the issue? His response was "like I already said, thats a phone issue" I am writing this review on the same phone and same Sim card. I understand the guy didnt want to work that day or probably any other day but perhaps hire people who can apply the smallest bit of effort.
