If you don’t want to offer a free first visit, then don’t advertise that the first visit is free. Why advertise a free visit and then try to make that money back by charging an outrageous price for the products you sell?
I was charged about $145 for two eye creams, even though similar products can be found online for around $7–$12 each. That is not fair or transparent pricing.
A “free visit” should actually mean a free visit — not that the cost is hidden somewhere else afterward. Customers should not walk into your clinic expecting one thing because of your advertisement and then be shocked by completely different prices.
Because of my experience, I strongly recommend that anyone who comes to this clinic search the name and price of any medication, cream, or product they recommend before purchasing it there. Check Google or other reputable retailers first so you know what the normal price is.
If you don’t want to provide a free first visit, simply change your advertisement. That would be much more honest and fair to your customers.
I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

I would not recommend this clinic.
They advertise that the first visit is free, but in my experience, that was very misleading. I brought my dog in because of dry eyes. At first, I was told the eye creams would cost about $40 each, and I agreed.
When I reminded them that their advertisement says the first visit is free, they said, “Oh yes, the visit is free,” but then suddenly the total for the two creams became about $145.
After I got home, I searched for the exact same products and found them easily available online for around $12 each. So products that cost about $12 were effectively charged to me at close to $70 each.
It felt like the cost of the supposedly “free” visit was simply added into the price of the medication. In my experience, the first visit was not truly free, and the pricing was extremely unreasonable.
I would recommend checking medication prices carefully before agreeing to purchase anything from this clinic Don’t go there

This place is super overpriced and not accommodating at all. I brought my dog to a different clinic and spent less than a quarter for better service. Terrible experience.

We have had three cats under their care over the past six years and we have been delighted with their level of care and their superb treatment of our cats. They are very helpful and take time to explain the process, give us time to make careful decisions, and follow up consistently.
