- CLChristian Lowance6 days ago1.0Don’t come here Apple Store employees are clueless. I bought an Apple Watch and asked to silver color and they gave me black. The lady selling me the watch had to keep asking her coworker for every question I had.

Staff asked me to wait in line with everyone regardless of the fact that I already placed it online and had just come in for pick-up. I explained it to one of the staff members, but he said you have to wait in line. I was waiting in line for almost an hour and one staff member came and asked ‘pick up’, I said yes then walked away without saying anything. After 15 minutes later, another staff member came and finally he helped me with my order. This was a horrible experience for picking up an order here. Very disappointing!

I understand you're trying to sell more product, but you're not even telling people how to do this process on their own.
