- DSDesiree Sakal2 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic, and I would never recommend it to anyone. The entire staff—from the front desk to the medical team—was absolutely rude. Going to a veterinary clinic shouldn’t feel like a transaction at a discount retail store; there should be a fundamental duty of care and compassion when dealing with animals and their owners. During the appointment, the veterinarian DR WEISS himself was incredibly condescending, rude, and showed zero care. To make matters worse, he actually used his leg to push my dog away THREE TIMES instead of using his hands or standard veterinary handling techniques. While it wasn't a violent kick, using a foot or leg to block and push a pet is highly unprofessional, looks careless, and completely ruined our trust. A vet clinic should be a safe, comforting environment, but this place felt entirely dismissive and hostile. I will definitely not be returning.
- TLTomas Lobato5 days ago5.0Dr. Hopkins, Julio and the whole team have been great to Sparky. I feel that my best friend is getting the best care possible by the best veterinarians out there.
- CSCeline SaadeJul 1, 20265.0Dr. Weiss was a wonderful vet for our cat Snowy. Snowy was diagnosed with congestive heart failure over the weekend and we took him to see Dr. Weiss as a follow up. Dr. Weiss was great at listening and answering all our questions from feeding, activity levels, need for future care and was also honest about the limitations of how much he can help without us receive specialized care (such as an echocardiogram and a cardiologist). But will all the information we do have, he is putting in great thought into how best he can help our Snowy live a comfortable life. He was a great listener to our questions and concerns and I would take my pets to see him again.
