  My daughter took her pet there. She is on the spectrum, but the way this vet assistant treated her was horrible. Yetzany started laughing when she asked why she needs to do the heartworm test again for the SimparicaTrio. Extremely rude! We heard her talk about our daughter in the back and it was an extremely unpleasant situation to be in.

  I used to enjoy taking my cat here for semi annuals check, but recently , I saw the way management treat the vet techs as well as receptionist. Unfortunately I could not over look that . I hear when a vet tech requested some time off to visit her grandma and the management start to increase their voice, and try to gaslight the poor girl . She was not even 20 , and management was way over 40. The whole situation felt weird . And I could not stop thinking how that guy would treat my cat behind doors. This is definitely not the place where you want to take your pet. Specially if your pet will be treat the way they treat their staff . I will never allow that guy to get close to my pet .

  I'm impressed by how this clinic has managed to define the concept of "care" by consistently doing the exact opposite. If you are looking for a place that will prioratize draining your wallet over your pet's well being like disorganization, and poor communication- this is definately your spot! The staff prioratizes staying busy enough just to avoid helping your pet. Impressive on how chaos is maintained! As for the medical care, it is clearly something they do not prioratize here. Asking questions and expressing intrest in learning more about my pet's condition felt like I was interuppting and they had something far more important. They should learn how to prioratize the needs of the pets and clients. Very rude and unnecesary comments were made by the staff about me, and I could hear them through the door. Unprofessional and disorganized to the core. Even an exorcist couldn't help this place!!!

  Ik spreek geen Engels of Spaans. Ik heb hun dit verteld en om een tolk gevraagd, maar ze bleven tegen me schreeuwen. De onderzoekshandschoenen zagen er vies uit en mijn kat huilde de hele tijd :(
