Stopped in to inquire about the home internet that I had seen at another store. I tried unsuccessfully to do this online with AT&T and Cricket and decided to go into the store to see if I could work it out. Joaquin, Amber's and Mo were very gracious and helpful and was able to get me set up. They were really knowledgeable and a joy to work with.

Charged for an accessory I didn’t ask for and received . Looked at receipt breakdown when I got home. Called store and was given a bs reason that phone wasn’t adding up to price so she had to add an accessory. What? Went back to return it and be done with cricket. She refused to refund me back the total amount she charged me for that. Now I have to wait another day to speak with manager. Avoid this location or make sure you see the breakdown before you swipe your card.
