  I was recently here. I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S25. I was helped by a staffer named Kasandra. She was very helpful and attentive to all questions and concerns I had. Safe to say I left without any questions/concerns. I would point anyone to this Cricket location.

  Very welcoming service, unlike the other crickets here in Hanford. Melissa was the one who took care of me and my mother and she explained everything thoroughly and was very helpful & polite. While helping us she was multitasking and taking care of everyone all throughout with the same care and importance, still having a smile on her face! Great service Melissa your work is appreciated

  We Receive very good service here at this particular store location due to the wonderful customer service we get when we go in and talk to a young lady named "Grace". She is a true asset to this company.
