  I had to start going to another vet because of micro aggressions. I searched for months to find a really good breeder for a dog I’ve been looking for for years. The lady doing the exam says your dog probably has worms because they get them as puppies often. We got her from a breeder that’s been ethically breeding for over 40 years. Also, I have a primitive breed so when you touch their mouth, they will try to grab you out of instinctual boundaries not being aggressive and a muzzle was put on her right away and she told me she needs training. Any well trained primitive breed will do that. Every day I do at least an hour research for my dog. I got treated like someone who did no research and got my dog from my backyard breeder. They only deal with lap dogs and golden retrievers so if you bring your primitive breed here, they will be treated like a criminal when he/she shows normal primitive boundaries such as mouth touching when the vet very quickly moves towards their mouth with their hand and grabs their head with no time for them to get comfortable.

  super rude on the phone. asked about scheduling a spay and the answer was basically "we are booked out" in a nasty tone. didn't offer an appointment or anything. they must not want business. we have been happy with emergency services at other VCA locations but won't try here again

  The dr was great and knowledgable. But the rest off the staff sucks. Rude, uninformed, and lack empathy.

  Place is okay, not great. They need to listen better, wanted a tech visit to get vaccines updated. They scheduled us for a full exam. After telling vet what we wanted as far as medications, etc… tech comes back in with an estimate with a bunch of shit I already told them we didn’t need… basically running it all down for me on a written estimate like I’m buying a used car. LISTEN BETTER AND QUIT TRYING TO “UPSELL” STUFF I ALREADY SAID I DON’T WANT.

  I've been taking my pets there for 16yrs. Only had 1 dr now a new one dr Somes. I love her already. You always know when a vet really cares and she does . She Gentle and my cats love her as so do I. I'm glad I have her . So this the second time I've been blessed with a good vet.
