- CHChristopher HoOct 28, 20261.0Truly a terrible experience trying to do business at this location. The women that work here are nice enough but the men are awful. Rude. Dismissive. Excuse-making. Even hostile. I never raised my voice or said anything rude but several of the men here took every opportunity to lie about why things were taking so long, make false commitments about when they would help me, or even blame me for missing an appointment I was actually early to, and sitting right in front of them for at the “genius” bar. The gaslighting was shocking. Idk if they are homophobic or what but I will never return to this store. Literally every other Apple Store has better service and more respect for their customers.

I was told like 10-15 minutes to see a specialist, but it's really nearly 30 minutes. Then I'm told repair should be done by 2pm, and checked in then, but I was still waiting by 2:40pm. I then asked someone again and they finally saw me a few minutes later.

He was honestly one of the best people we’ve ever worked with at any Apple Store. Andrey was also wonderful, friendly, and helpful. They both made our experience great. Thank you, Edmund and Andrey! We visited today around 6:30 PM, and they truly were the best representation of Apple.
