  As the author of The Grant Colson Thriller Series and SERA Archives Thriller Series, I rely on solid tech while traveling and writing, and the Apple Store at the Americana at Brand is a strong location. The setup is clean and familiar. When you walk in, the newer MacBooks are right on the left, and the rest of the store flows naturally from there. Apple Watches are displayed up front, and the Genius Bar sits toward the back. The layout is easy to move through, and everything is where you expect it. It’s a standard Apple Store design, but it’s done well here. The staff is friendly and engaging, and it’s easy to get help or try out devices without feeling rushed. Being located inside the Americana adds to the experience. It’s a high-energy, well-designed shopping area, so it makes sense to stop in while you’re there. I’ve also found myself stepping into places like this while working on The Maui Desire Romance Series, where keeping gear dialed in helps keep everything moving. Overall, it’s a well-run Apple Store in Glendale with a clean layout, strong staff, and a great location inside the Americana.

  2+ hours wasted for nothing. I had an appointment at 6:00 to replace my faulty battery (out of warranty) which was starting to bloat and lift off the screen. I was upfront about that, and it was processed and noted as such. I was quoted $89 dollars for the fix, and to return by 8:30 that same day. When I came in to pick up the phone, turns out they just cancelled the whole repair with the excuse that I had to pay around $300 more to fix a perfectly fine screen IN CASE they broke it. Apparently their machine or whatever couldn’t be used when the screen was already lifting. My frustrations come from the fact that I was not informed of this at all when I brought my phone in and they inspected it. I wasted a whole day for nothing when I could’ve just gone to an aftermarket repair place, which would have been way cheaper and would only take 25 mins. Absolute waste of time.

  Terrible service and outright rudeness! I came to the Apple Store to buy a new iPhone, but the staff looked down on me and refused to assist me. I approached them 5–6 times, yet received no help at all. Such arrogance and ignoring customers is unacceptable for a brand of this level! Extremely disappointed and I will never go back. Don’t waste your time and energy at this store.
