  Max was very well informed on any and everything Apple. His coworkers were coming to him for all the answers. This man needs to be put in a management position because he clearly has the skills to handle multiple customers, as well as multitask with coworkers at the same time. Very pleasant experience. From trade in, to the purchase and setup of a new phone. The process was very streamlined and any questions I had, Max was there to answer them and I felt confident and delighted as I left the store with my new phone ready to go.

  I had an amazing experience at the Apple Store today thanks to Andy! My MacBook Pro had a firmware lock issue, which normally requires sending the receipt to corporate and waiting 24 to 48 hours. After I provided my receipt, Andy efficiently coordinated with the team in the back to get it unlocked right here in the store. Because of his quick teamwork and great efficiency, I was able to get my battery replaced during the same visit as planned. Incredible service!

  This review is regarding the Genius Bar appointment I’m at right now. Have to say the customer service and efficiency of the Genius Bar has declined significantly. Many people left waiting as too few techs try to handle the workload. I’ve been here an hour at this point since checking in for my appointment and the tech is just now getting to diagnose my laptop. Constant interruptions from other employees and many “I’ll be right back“ statements, leaving me waiting even longer for service. So end the end I spent a total of 90 minutes to have someone run diagnostics on my laptop for about 10 minutes to confirm the finger print sensor is broken. Need to level up the customer service Apple. Your products are too expensive to provide crappy product support.

  This store completely dropped the ball with me. 3 visits, one 6.5 hours long. Ryan the manager and staff led me completely wrong when telling me I could exchange my phone within 14 days. (I tried 24 and 48 hours later). They lost $800 of my trade in credit and took no accountability. Shop elsewhere. Shame on you. I tried to return a phone and UPGRADE… they were completely under trained, all had different answers and nobody could properly help me. Jeffrey did his best, only guy on the job with integrity. I ordered a 90 year old woman an uber who was locked out of her apps while Apple Store staff watched her struggle. I walked her to the uber I called for her and she was confused why nobody on staff would help her after they pushed a new phone sale onto her and abandoned her after purchase. You’d think they were getting commission. Nope, just bad hires.
