  During a TMobile to Verizon transfer my iPhone became an unusable heating device. The techs at the store were eventually able to restore full functionality to my phone without doing a factory reset.

  There is no customer service, no line or sign in options or nothing, it’s more like a showroom, where if you’re lucky someone will talk to you at some point Does not matter who comes in first or nothing 😂

  Our ordeal began during a scheduled appointment where Yanika supervisor promised to help us , then vanished without any follow-up then Drake from genius bar was assisting us appropriately until Marcus, manager at the Glendale store, chose to interfere. He arrived with a dismissive attitude, questioning what was happening. We clearly explained that we have been dealing with this issue since April,2026 but he responded disrespectfully, dismissing our concerns and insisting it was not his problem, claiming the Glendale store could do nothing about it and that we had to handle it ourselves. When we asked for a solution, he repeatedly stated, "I have no solution for you," blaming the engineers, despite the issue originating from the Glendale Genius Bar's replacement of the logic board in April 2026. Marcus's unsolicited comments about his 20 years as an Apple manager were irrelevant and served only to belittle us. He offered no solutions, which is unacceptable.
