They obviously have extensive knowledge of the products they're selling. Customer Service is also superb. My wife had a problem with her account, and special shout-out to Debra who didn't stop until things got sorted out.

However, it was marked as delivered on February 6 at approximately 1:00 PM, five days earlier than scheduled. Later that same afternoon, around 3:00 PM, the delivery driver returned and took the package from my doorstep. As a result, I never received the laptop. I contacted Best Buy and waited for the outcome of their investigation. I was later informed that they could not provide a reshipment or refund and was advised to contact local law enforcement and my bank. I filed a police report, and the police recommended that I continue pursuing the matter directly with Best Buy. As a consumer, I am deeply disappointed with how this situation has been handled and expect a reasonable resolution. I am requesting a refund or replacement, as the issue occurred during the delivery process arranged by Best Buy!
