  The store reads open on the website however we have gone there several times and the gates are open and lights are on however no one is ever there. Yesterday, we went back and forth within a hour and 15 time span because we live in the housing community next door to the plaza and no one showed up with in that time (we figured if they were on lunch and /or break that time would cover both incidents). Then we had errands to run so we thought maybe right before closing at returning back to the Cricket Store location and at 6:45pm the lights were off and stores gates were locked even though the website hours of operation read closed at 7pm. So, I advise anyone reading this review to go to another Cricket location so you don't waste any time. Better yet change phone service providers. Tried calling the store no answer and voicemail isn't even set up. What a joke phone retail location that has been ongoing nightmare. May I add CRIMINAL CONSUMER CONDUCT persuant the California Customer Protections Act when I first started service with Cricket this particular store location pulled a bate and switched. I looked up my phone via the website to see if my phone was compatible before I opened an account. When I went into store after they set up the account and did the pin transfer from T-Mobile they told me my phone wasn't compatible and I would have to purchase a new phone and they so happen to have deals right now. I ended up having to purchase a phone because I couldn't go all night with a phone and I had already been in that store for over a hour and 40 minutes setting this up. I was exhausted. So, later on down the road trying to figure out the bill I called corporate office and found out that store is independent store front /private owner for Cricket chain and not associated with there purchases and goings on at that location. They way the economy is today who can afford to be ripped off. Caution Consumer Beware!!!! NOTE: Reading through the reviews you would think they are fabulous, my guess those reviews we purchased/created by friends.
