I rely heavily on my Best Buy Total membership for peace of mind, so when a recent warranty issue came up, I headed straight to the Fullerton location. What started as an incredibly frustrating visit was ultimately turned around by a stellar management team.
I have to start with the negative: dealing with Joseph at the Geek Squad counter was an awful experience. He was exceptionally rude, completely unhelpful, and had a terrible tone throughout the interaction. It was, without a doubt, some of the worst customer support I have ever encountered. If my visit had ended with him, this would absolutely be a one-star review.
Fortunately, management stepped in and completely changed the trajectory of the visit. Richard (the Sales Manager) and Sanje (the Store Manager) listened to my situation and immediately worked on a fix. They were incredibly professional and came up with a very customer-friendly solution that completely resolved my warranty issue.
Overall, it ended up being a great experience strictly because of Richard and Sanje. They genuinely care about their customers and know how to make things right. If you ever run into a roadblock at this location, I highly recommend asking for them!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! I bought an electric scooter for my son’s 10th birthday for $100. He rode it four or five times and it started to smoke really bad and on the 14th day (The receipt says you have up until 15 days To return) I came back to the location that I bought it from To return it and the supervisor MICHELLE very rudely did not approve my return and offered me the same scooter in exchange. Which is crazy because why would I want the same exact thing that just was about to blow up and possibly injure my son! She said there was scuffs on the scooter. I explained to her that the scuffs do not matter when the battery was burnt and smoking everywhere the day before And I need my money back because it’s a faulty item that was sold to me and she still persisted on not giving me the return for over an hour! I had to stand there on the phone with corporate who ended up just telling me to go to another Best Buy which I did and I went 4 miles up the road to Fullerton and imperial and returned it within two minutes with no problems. No questions asked they were very nice to meet that location. This location definitely needs To fire Michelle and And should be completely ashamed of themselves. They wasted three Hours of my day!!!!!!!! There were several associates there were that we were not nice to me at the store either nobody said sorry to me. I even went back and showed them that I got my money back. It was barely even hurt or appreciated at all. This is literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life and I’m 37 years old. I left in tears.

Had a dash cam ordered online, grabbed at in store pickup then Geek Squad installed in 1.5 hours. Great communication: they called to confirm my vehicle would work with what I purchased. Installed in the time promised, then they showed me how to work it and gave tips. Would recommend.

I came to this bestBuy to have geek squad installed this brand new car stereo. It definitely makes the car feel a lot more modern and better looking on the inside. They did terrific work, and I would definitely come back again for any other things. Probably a backup camera

I have been a loyal customer of Best Buy for over 15 years with over 70k spend. And I'm trying to return a $50 dollar item and I get the "it's been more than 15 days. We can't help you" I guess no more best buy for me ever again.
