  VERY VERy disappointing service. my old iphone had some technical problem and i bought a new one from my carrier. next day i went to apple store to get some help to transfer data from old to new phone. i was told oh 1. we can't help because you didn't buy the phone from us. 2. you can have us fix your phone but we would wipe all your data, which wouldn't make sense because i only went there to be get help to transfer data. 3. she then told me the phone to phone would take hours and you need to do that at home. it was 2pm and store closed at 7or8pm. i was so pissed. it was like she looking for excuses to not help me. i have 6 apple phone in my house, 1 macbook air, 1 neo, ipad, 2 apple watches and probably 3-4 airpods. and being a loyal i really didn't expect such shitty service.

  Probably the worst communication I’ve ever had in an Apple Store before no one ever picks up the phone and when I tried to get my phone fixed and I couldn’t get back into my iCloud the only thing they could tell me is nope without another Apple product you’re stuck, even though I ended up figuring it out on my own without an Apple product or the help of any of the people there I simply just been trying to reach the store calling multiple times a week from when it first opens before it closes to the days that they’re not busy and no one ever seems to be able to pick up the phone. It’s quite ridiculous.

  I got helped by Karina, and let me just say she was the most patient and helpful employee ever! I was looking at the Iphone 17s and i couldn’t decide which one to get and she reassured me that I could take my time to decide. She helped me and explained how to transfer my old phone into the new one. If it wasn’t for her I would be so lost
