FIRED IS WHAT I WAS TOLD AND I DONT WORK THERE. CANT GET ANY POSITIVE INFORMATION FROM ANYONE ST THIS HOSPITAL. CALLED TO ASK ALL THE QUESTIONS THAT WERE NOT PROVDED to us while we were standing there AND I ASKED Horrible. They were horrible in 2020 and even more so 2026. The neurology Doctor does not care about the humans. The neurologist doctor is more concerned about what time I arrived than she is about the human side of the whole concept of this. This is an overpriced company that's going to steal your money and you'll get nothing resolved in return nothing. Are unprofessionalism at the front desk. Won't even help with payment options. Exact words you do it. The doctor acts like she is only there for a paycheck nothing else and I really don't think SHE care about the quality of life of your animal or pet whatsoever. Taking your animal here would be the worst thing you could ever do. The neurology doctors are horrible. Especially the neurology doctor that helped my animal. You had a bad attitude you have lack of empathy you're more concerned over somebody supposedly giving you respect even though you're not providing it
Take your animal somewhere else. The neurology department DEMANDED respect BUT SENDS A RECEPTIONIST AND ASSISTANT TO TALK SBOUT THE POST CARE OF MY PET INSTEAD OF the doctor. LIKE WHAT KIND OF DOCTOR DOES THAT. The NEUROLOGY doctor IS WHO. SHE WAS acting like a spoiled Intitled brat. AND STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY ANIMAL FOR 4000. LATER. NO DIAGNOSIS WAS GIVEN DURING CONVERSATION WITH RECEPTIONIST AND SIDE KICK.THIS COMPANY WILL BE REPRTED TO THE BBB AND THE CHMABER OF COMMERCE FOR AN INVESTIGATION. To receive this after the LETTER I RECEIVED REALLY DOES SAY HOW AWFUL THIS COMPANY REALLY IS. YOUR ADMINISTRATION HESRS TO SPEAK NOT LISTEN. ZERO EMPATHY FOR YOU OR YOUR PET. YOU ARE A CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THIS COMPANY WHAT DOES COMPANY SPELLING TO REALIZE THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. ADMINISTRATION THE CONVERSATION I HAD WITH YOU THE OTHER DAY WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND YOU'RE NOT A DOCTOR SO YOU COULDN'T GIVE ME INFORMATION ON MY PET BUT YOU WOULD ALLOW SOME UNEDUCATED NOT EVEN A RECEPTIONIST TO TRY TO GIVE ME MY INFORMATION.

I have never trusted a place more than them. They treated my dog with love, patience, and kindness. Jen, Dr. Shoeppe, and Dena made this emergency so easy for us. Walked us through everything and explained it all. I couldn’t have asked for a better team

WILD GOOSE CHASE!!! The employee at the front desk said I could get my dogs prescriptions at CVS, Walgreens or Walmart, so I drove to all 3 of these pharmacies and they all told me they do not fullfill any of these types of medications. After wasting a whole day, I went back to VCA and they filled all of my dogs medicines for more than twice the cost. DO BETTER!!!!!

I found a small chihuahua that had been hit by a car in Anaheim — she was shaking and bleeding from her mouth. I picked her up, got her into my car, and immediately started searching for an emergency pet hospital. After calling a few places and getting unhelpful responses (“call the police” or “we can’t take a stray unless you’re the owner”), I was frustrated. I wasn’t about to abandon her — I was willing to pay for whatever she needed.
Then I called VCA. Megan answered and told me I could bring her in right away, no questions about ownership. She gave me the address immediately and was clear, direct, and calm — exactly what I needed when I didn’t know how much time this dog had left.
When we arrived, the entire staff was incredible. We interacted with at least four different people, and every single one of them was compassionate and professional. I’m so relieved the little chihuahua is now in good hands. This team truly went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful they were there.

Very caring, responsive, and attentive staff. We were able to have our dog seen right away and Doctor Baya provided very thoughtful, kind, and comprehensive care. Everyone from the first person who answered our call, to the front desk staff, to all the techs and doctors were highly skilled, knowledgeable, and helpful.
