  4 stars for Cal for removing my Rexxing front and rear dash cams from my SUV despite arriving 10 mins. late to my appointment due to a longer than anticipated appointment with a car dealer I traded my car in with. I had to wait 35 more minutes after arriving late, but the cameras are now working great, the settings are all still correctly in line, and he left my SUV without a scratch or stain. It really appeased my worries, because I had an awful experience with two auto techs from Best Buy Auburn who left scratches and stains on my newly bought SUV years ago, but Cal's workmanship is commendable. May God bless your good works!

  Pilot Freight Services drove past my place several times all day while I was waiting for delivery. Then I got a call from bestbuy that the "truck broke down" and they will not know when it can be delivered. I must now wait 72 hours. I will not be ordering from bestbuy again because of this. I like the company but they are using third party partners which are unacceptable and unprofessional. Just 2 weeks ago I had a fridge delivered and installed by a third party and they also could not do the job properly. Bestbuy will lose to competitors with this outsourcing of their delivery and installation.
