- LJLuis Juarez6 days ago1.0This place has some trifling workers, they added a ghost line to my account and upgraded my phone plan without my consent. I went from a simple $45 a month to $100 +. I’m unsure if they run on commission based work but they knew exactly what they were doing. They gave me a contact number to cancel said ghost line (866-366-4133) instead of corporate’s number. They run these side-phone numbers instead of giving corporates ACTUAL # to cover up bad behavior so corporate won’t know about deceptive sales tactics from certain independent franchises. Including this god awful place.
