  They resolved my issue extremely quickly. But even in the rare moments when I have to stop in for a longer period, it’s still a quick trip.

  I experienced incredibly poor customer service at the Apple Bay Street store. My phone suffered a clear hardware defect covered under warranty, but the store manager completely refused to honor Apple’s replacement policy. Despite me explaining that I literally cannot be left without a phone because I need it for work and critical security access, the manager forced a multi-day drop-off repair. To make matters worse, the manager openly admitted to me that he was choosing not to honor the replacement policy simply because "he makes the call" at this store. It is completely unacceptable for a manager to power-trip and override corporate warranty protections just because they can. If you have a serious hardware issue, avoid this location. They do not care about customer safety, work dependencies, or honoring the warranties you paid for.

  Terrible service what’s the point of an appointment if they have you waiting for hella long , then for them to tell you they can’t help you!!

  I was looking at the store’s reviews, and I noticed there are quite a few complaints about poor customer service. Honestly, I felt completely ignored. One employee would start talking to me and then immediately pass me on to someone else, and no one seemed genuinely interested in resolving my issue. I’m very disappointed with Apple and the way this situation was handled.
