  Well I went to the Apple Store only to have my Air Pod Pro 3’s stolen from the table I was sitting at while working with an associate. After I left the store and noticed they were not with me, I went back to the store to a fairly distracted and unhelpful associate who eventually told me they didn’t have them in the lost and found. I have to say I was surprised by the first associate who didn’t know too much about the products I was asking about, but more so by the associate that treated me poorly when I returned to find the pods and determined they were taken from the desk. I have been in this store several times when it was literally being robbed. Twice! Now I can say I was robbed there personally. I would be careful and not feel too comfortable in this Apple Store. Associated don’t care about you and theft of personal belongings is happening. It’s trying to be a comfortable store but the folks that work there could be warmer and not just pretend helpful.

  Rating it a zero. Customer service is terrible. Made an appointment for an order pick up and you have 4 associates just standing, no greeting, no May I help you. I interrupt two associates who are having a conversation to check me in and send me to the pick up area. I get rechecked again and I ask him that I need help setting up the Neo and tells me to have a seat. Some other associate brings it out and sets it next to the guy. The check in associate is helping a walk in customer and still you have 3 associates just standing having a conversation. I walk up to the check in guy and gives me my item un bagged and tells me someone else will help me set up the Neo. I’m 30mins in my appointment and no one approaches me to help with the set up. But the associates keep helping the walk in customers. What is the point of making an appointment if it’s not a priority? Rushed to this appointment just to wait like if I just walked in. Uncomfortable and terrible service.

  Hours claim they are open until 8pm. I’m out front at 7:20pm and they are CLOSED.

  The Apple Store is always filled with such promise with their fabulous design and bright shiny products and then you meet their bored eye rolling without an eye roll sales lady who has the perfect combination of bored and condescending and then you go home and order your apple product online from another Mag 7 company. Sigh….
