  I’ve bought an immense amount of electronics from here. I went to return a laptop the other day. I had received a shipment of a laptop that was wet. They didn’t take it back here (online Best Buy order). I go to my local best-buy by my work apartment they take it back no questions asked. I wanted like a Windows laptop because I mostly have Mac’s. So I just pick something up in the store, but I ended up not liking it so I go back to my house in Eastvale and I’ve been working for the past seven days and like I have work the next morning and I go and I try to return this laptop. The manager and I quote told me I’m not sure that this laptop had these gaps in it so you’re gonna have to take it back to the Best Buy that you bought it from. Mind you have had an exuberant amount of electronics most of which have been purchased from that store. I baby my electronics like no other. I don’t think I’m ever coming back here ever again.

  The store is a dump. They overcharged me and refused to fix it. Marc the manager was rude ,obnoxious and downright mean. Do not shop there

  The selection at Best Buy is impressive, and I found some great deals on electronics. However, the staff could have been more helpful; it took a while to get assistance when I had questions. Overall, a decent shopping experience if you're patient.

  Went in on Saturday 11 April around noon. The only person working the register was a young girl. We asked her where we could pickup an online order and got the gen z stare. I asked again and she said she didnt know....then she just said over there rudely without looking or pointing. She should not be dealing with customers. We went over to the geek squad counter as it was the only other place in the store we could think it might be. What should have been a 60 second pickup was 10 minutes because they arent organized. There was no slip on the laptop and she had to call someone from the back to verify. Best buy is just a showroom for Amazon and I will treat it as such. No longer will I make purchases there, ill simply use it to get an in person look at something I want to buy online. Mark my words....Best buy will be bankrupt and gone before the end of the decade. I cant believe the store is still open, rude and slow service.
