  I had a great experience working with Riley at Best Buy. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed, answered all my questions clearly, and helped me choose the right products without any pressure. His customer service was outstanding, and he made the whole shopping experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers the way Riley does. I truly appreciate his help and would definitely recommend asking for him if you visit Best Buy.

  Outstanding welcome upon entering this Best Buy store. Well stocked & with a great spacious layout & display format. Way better than the other Best Buy at San Jose. I would highly recommend this Best Buy store as they are also well staff with willingness to assist customers. Great assortment of cellphone accessories. Cables, chargers, wireless charging solutions, etcetera. Customer service counters are all ready to serve & assist. Ask for discount because at this Dublin outlet the sales tax is 10.25%. Yes, I type again, 10.25%. No thanks to the Santa Clara county. Will be back again if buying a t.v. that has a sale or discount. May 3rd 2026 afternoon

  Took my wife in this morning, because she wanted an Apple Watch for her Birthday. When we walked in there were 4 employees just standing around chatting. None of them greeted us as we walked in. My wife loudly said ,” Excuse me, can we get some assistance please?”. Again, none of them turned around, so I walked up to Chris, and asked him if he could please assist us with the Apple Watches. Before I could even finish my sentence, he loudly said to me,” Hold on a second! Let me try to find someone who can help you!” And then he walked away. TERRIBLE customer service! He was extremely rude! If he doesn’t want to do his job, or he gets annoyed by a customer simply asking for help when the store is completely empty, perhaps he shouldn’t work in customer service. If I could give ZERO stars I would. This type of service gives customers a terrible experience and idea about the business overall. Avoid Chris! He can’t be bothered to help you! As we left he sarcastically said,” Bye, have a nice day!” What a Jerk!
