  I recently ordered the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 for quick pickup and chose the Downey location because it was available within an hour—and I’m really glad I did. When I arrived, the store was packed with customers—honestly one of the busiest Best Buy locations I’ve visited in a long time. But it quickly became clear why. Despite the crowd, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. The clerk who helped me greeted me with a warm smile (which feels rare these days) and handled my order smoothly without any issues. She even went the extra mile by asking if I needed a bag or if there was anything else she could assist me with. That level of attentiveness really stood out. It’s not often you find a store that combines high traffic with genuinely great customer service, but this location does it well. I truly hope this Best Buy continues to thrive and succeed—they’re doing things right.

  I have visited this location twice now and their employees are far superior than that of the montebello store. "Kassandra" was outstanding in looking up the best choices a laptop and answered my questions and showed me what more the laptop could do. Thank you Kassandra... Thank you Best buy Downey once again you put Montebello to shame.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering Apple wired earbuds for locker pickup at the Downey Best Buy. The process seemed convenient at first—I placed the order online, arrived at the store, and easily retrieved my package from the locker. However, when I got home and opened the box, the earbuds were missing entirely. The package had clearly been tampered with or mishandled, which is very concerning. I tried resolving the issue through Best Buy’s online customer service, but unfortunately, that led nowhere. The representative was unable to offer a meaningful solution. I then attempted to contact the store directly, hoping to speak with someone on-site, but every call kept getting redirected to a corporate line, making it impossible to reach the actual location. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. A simple pickup order turned into a hassle with no clear resolution. I expected better quality control and customer support, especially for something as straightforward as a sealed product pickup.

  Luis or whatever his name is off point super rude , he is the manager from my understanding, says he doesn't accept no open box items returns which doesn't make sense because it was bought at a Best Buy location when I have my receipt and all information his customer service lacks the service a person should provide to a customer , he doesn't know how to speak to someone and has an attitude of sarcasm that just makes me want to cancel my acct here . All because of him , that type of customer service is not the one you want to receive when you go to the store , idk how someone with such a bad attitude be in the front when he doesn't know how to treat customers , my review is based on his sarcastic attitude , I explain to him I was talking to a customer service asssociate online and he told me I can go ahead come to this location due to it being closer , and he just kept saying they were in the Philippines , and they are following another script ? So is best buy lying to its customers since they are not going based on their return policy ? Worst service ever don't go for him for help , get help from any other person that can will make you feel welcome and not be using that level of bad sarcasm to a customer Best Buy has to do better with the service I see I am not the only one with a review of bad service complaining about the same manager run away from LUIS this man is RUDE doesn't know the role of being a manager , he just doesn't care I see so many reviews and they are all complaining about LUIS Best Buy has to do something I demand Best Buy to do something for the people because we as customers can't continue receiving this service that is being provided
