  Hello Apple,I have been using your products for many, many years, but this past year has been an utterly disgusting experience that has cost me a massive amount of money and endless stress. First, I upgraded to the iPhone 16 Pro, and it is a horribly unbalanced, oversized phone with even more bloated camera lenses that cannot even handle a basic, decent shot. Then came the Liquid Glass update - a complete eyesore that literally makes my eyes bleed and ruined the remaining features that were actually convenient. To make matters worse, the latest Mac update has turned the computer into a buggy mess that makes me just want to throw it away. And the cherry on top: your new headphones. You deliberately enlarged the earbud shape, causing physical ear pain and making them constantly fall out. At the same time, you shortened the stem, making it nearly impossible to grab them without dropping them. Guess how many times my previous Apple headphones fell? Exactly zero. These new ones fall every single time I try to use them. Excellent job, you have officially ruined everything.

  I find it disturbing that such a big shot Corporation ignores fraudulent issues, identity theft etc. They have so many subsidiaries under them you just get transferred from one department to the next and wait time on the phone gets longer with every transfer like they bank on the customer frustration so they will just give up. No help, no accurate direction, no person who actually listens and AI help is even worse.

  Given that it is touted as a global technological breakthrough, I had expected something more substantial. At the very least, they could have set up an attractive photo zone. We traveled a long way, anticipating beautiful scenery and plenty of spots for a photoshoot—but that didn't pan out. As a customer, I highly value and love this company's products; however, as a tourist, I left without a positive impression.

  Hey Apple, You need to resolve the Sidebar issue not being visible on the desktop app. Absolutely ridiculous that I cannot access movies I own. Yes, I tried every logical solution including your support options which artificially sends me down the wrong rabbit holes.

  I need to delete my apple account. I am unable to access the account using the password recovery options due to the hackers continually changing the password as soon as I reset it. I have multiple fraud charges every month. Please lmk once apple gets sued for not allowing individuals to delete apple account over the phone. This is absolutely irritating!
