  Apple Park is an amazing place to visit, it is a 135 acre campus with Orchid trees and an artificial water fall, gym is amazing and has multiple cafeterias offering 100s of cuisines

  I have loved several iPhones my iPhone 17 Pro will be functioning as a paperweight no decent customer service so I have to by an Android as I need a reliable phone been fixed but not fixed

  Dear Apple Customer Relations, I am writing to express my serious disappointment with the material quality and durability of the orange iPhone 17 Pro Max. For a device positioned as one of Apple’s flagship “Pro” products and costing well over £1,000, I find the durability of the aluminium exterior extremely disappointing. Despite keeping the phone protected in a case, the orange finish has started to wear and come away from the aluminium. A protective case should help preserve a phone’s condition, not result in visible wear to the finish through normal everyday use. The fact that a phone costing thousands of pounds can develop this type of cosmetic damage while being kept in a case is unacceptable to me. I’ve owned and handled considerably cheaper devices that have stood up better to ordinary use. It is particularly frustrating because this isn’t damage caused by dropping or abusing the phone; it is wear occurring while attempting to protect it. I appreciate that aluminium has advantages such as weight and heat dissipation, but in my experience the anodised aluminium finish used on the iPhone 17 Pro Max simply does not provide the level of cosmetic durability I would expect from a premium device. Once the coloured surface becomes marked or worn, the exposed aluminium underneath makes the damage particularly noticeable. Apple markets the Pro Max as a premium product, and the choice of exterior materials should reflect that. Previous premium materials, including titanium, gave the Pro models a quality and durability that helped distinguish them from less expensive devices. Moving to aluminium feels like a significant step backwards in this respect. I strongly believe Apple needs to reconsider the use and finishing of aluminium on future Pro iPhones. If aluminium is going to continue to be used, the surface treatment needs to be substantially more resistant to abrasion, case-related wear and everyday use. Customers spending this amount of money should reasonably expect the finish to remain presentable under normal conditions. I would also appreciate Apple reviewing the deterioration of the finish on my iPhone 17 Pro Max and advising what remedy can be offered. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and passed to the appropriate product and engineering teams, because the current aluminium finish has significantly undermined my confidence in the durability of Apple’s Pro devices.   I’m a big Apple fan and have been using Apple devices for years. I’ve always preferred Apple over other brands. However, unfortunately, my current experience with my iPhone has been very disappointing. The phone gets uncomfortably hot and frequently freezes. Honestly, this has made me seriously consider switching to another brand if there is no improvement or solution to these issues. I hope Apple takes user experience more seriously.

  Apple Park Visitor Center (Cupertino, CA) destaca por su arquitectura minimalista de cristal, pero deja una sensación mixta. La tienda: Es muy linda y pulcra visualmente, aunque los souvenirs exclusivos (playeras, gorras, bolsas) están sobrevalorados, con diseños bastante comunes y caros. La cafetería: Una propuesta sumamente sencilla y limitada para la magnitud de la sede global de Apple. Lo mejor (Maqueta interactiva): La dinámica con el iPad y realidad aumentada sobre la maqueta en relieve del campus es increíble; muestra al detalle cómo funciona la estructura, la ventilación y el entorno del complejo. Oportunidad de mejora: El acceso al edificio principal ("El Anillo") está prohibido. Deberían abrir al menos una pequeña zona guiada para que los visitantes puedan apreciar lo mágico de las oficinas de cerca y no solo conformarse con la vista lejana desde la terraza.
