  My dog Luna was a patient at VCA Airport Irvine Animal Hospital for 18 wonderful years, and I cannot say enough about the incredible care she received. Dr. Radovich and the entire team were always compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in Luna’s wellbeing. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, Luna lived a long, healthy, and happy life. I’m forever grateful!

  I've been taking my cats to Airport Irvine for over 3 decades now. Obviously, I love the service I get and the care my cats get. Dr. Radovich will always be my 1st love vet-wise ;-) He's extremely experienced, compassionate, and really knows his stuff. He's also very practical and I've never felt that his recommendations strayed to over-treating for profit. He really does want what's best for the pet and usually gives a couple of options with the pros and cons of each. He's great at explaining what's going on and why he's recommending a course of treatment and what to expect. He's also mindful that not everyone has unlimited funds to spend on their pets. The rest of the docs seem to follow his lead in this and that means, no matter who you see, your pet will get great care and you'll have choices for their care and realistic expectations. And I can't forget the front office staff who are just exceptional!

  This is the only veterinary clinic that truly helped us find the cause of our dog’s illness and saved her life. Before coming here, we went to two other clinics where we were charged extremely high fees, yet they gave us no diagnosis, no real solutions—just excuses while taking more and more money. Here, the experience was completely different. The team was professional, compassionate, and genuinely cared about helping our dog. They charged us a very reasonable price, yet the level of care and service was outstanding. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, our dog has fully recovered and is now happy and healthy again. We are deeply grateful for your kindness, professionalism, and for giving our beloved pet a second chance at life.
