    NEVER give your tech to these guys especially when they ship it to a repair center. I literally waited 3 weeks of progress only for them to tell me that they’re waiting on a part that would take over no more than 30 days to arrive and I wasn’t satisfied by the time I heard about it so I called them to ship it back. Low-and-behold under 3 days compared to a week’s worth of shipping when I handed my laptop to them and it took 8 days to get there and two days for them to “diagnose”. The downpayment was made for this service but noticeably the same amount was shown to cover the part needed so the diagnostic coverage was false and slow. It took a long time to pick up my laptop with one guy handling people’s problems, I got my laptop back; my property mind you with the guy issuing a paper saying I was satisfied with the service when there was barely any progress at all and nothing was done. The guy threatened to take away my laptop when it was already in my bag if I don’t sign it. I should have listened to the reviews more carefully. I rarely make reviews but I mean on this one AVOID THEIR SERVICES AT ALL COST

    I went into the Geek Squad thinking nothing could be done for me. My phone died at T-Mobile and their representative just handed it back to me and said “good luck”. Martin at the Geek Squad in South Coast Plaza couldn’t have been kinder or more patient with me. My life was on that dead phone. Martin spent so much time with me and actually got enough information off the bad phone that I got my email, my calendar, and most importantly the file with my very sick husband’s medical history. I could not be more grateful. I have learned to set up a backup in the future! Thank you again, Martin. You were a life saver during a very trying time.
