  I have taken 2 of my pets here. Our dog of 15+ years just passed away. They accepted his remains for cremation. They were extremely understanding and comforting, our family is still in mourning weeks later. I thank the staff for the sweet card in the mail and for assisting us with his aftercare. Sincerely, thank you from the bottom of our hearts it truly means a lot.

  I love this place. They always take care of my cat. I love that they have a welcoming board. My cats name was on it.

  I've taken my cats here in the past and they were friendly and direct. This time, years later, I took my dog and the quality in professionalism and friendliness has stayed the same. Will definitely be back here for my pet's future needs.

  As a full-time college student working two part-time jobs, I understand that veterinary care can be expensive, but I was shocked by the lack of payment options offered here. My dog’s visit ended up costing nearly $2,000, and I was told there were no payment plans available. What frustrated me most was that, as I was about to pay, an additional $105 shot was suggested at the last minute. While I understand that recommendations can change during treatment, presenting an extra expense right before checkout felt unexpected and added even more stress to an already difficult situation. The staff caring for my dog were professional, and I appreciate the medical attention provided. However, I wish there had been more transparency about costs upfront and more flexibility for clients facing large, unexpected bills. I would have appreciated a clear explanation of whether the additional treatment was medically necessary, urgent, or optional before being asked to pay. Due to this experience, I will not be returning. Better communication about pricing and available financial options would make a huge difference for pet owners.
