DO NOT COME HERE!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!! PLEASE READ MY STORY!!!! I brought my puppy (my 12 year old dog) here for emergency services as he was struggling to poop. I paid almost $1,000 (blood test, feces test, fluids, medication etc) and was told he was dehydrated. I brought him again for another follow up as he was not getting better and struggling to pee and poop after medication. I was told to "add pumpkin in his food" and I would need to pay more for a urine test that "should have been taken during our first visit". I declined and took my puppy to ANOTHER EMERGENCY VET and discovered that same day he had a tumor in his prostate that was blocking his passages to pee and poop. His bladder was full and blood was found in his urine. The new vet was shocked that VCA took all the tests they did, but did not comment on his bladder completely filled with days of pee (a simple touch test that you can do with your pet at home). Two weeks later I had to say goodbye to my puppy and I'm HEARTBROKEN. I told VCA that I had to say goodbye to my puppy and they "washed" the remaining care payments I owed and the ~$1,000 I paid was not refundable. VCA made the condition of my puppy worse and I should've NEVER taken him here. VCA knowing my story and did not offer a refund was just added pain to losing my puppy. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE - THEIR PROCESSES ARE DESIGNED TO MAKE MONEY OFF OF YOU AND NOT HELP YOUR LOVED FUR BABIES.

Muy buen trato. Aunque es muy caro, lo que más conviene es sacar la aseguranza con el hospital.

Was hoping to find another good vet to take my rescues to when Im in need. I have rescued 24 dogs and 27 kittens in 8 months. Lots of vet needs. I not only waited 30 min to see the vet but also left feeling like I wasted my time. One issue was skin and they wanted to do a test that would take a week for results when I knew my dog came into contact contact with ringworm. I declined but I had also wanted the ears checked aflap and that was never done. I noticed the free vet visit coupon after I had booked and I’m so thankful that I did.
I’ve been to many many vets in the area and some are ok but they at least are more thorough than this one.
So cal equine in norco is still my first choice who are $50 vet visits and give rescue discounts.

VCA Acacia have taken care of my fur baby since he was 10 weeks old, he is now 7 years. They always take great care with him and I have never had an issue of him being fearful of going to the vet.
