- L9Lisa Parin, Loan Officer 925-413-1398Oct 28, 20211.0This company charged my debit card TWICE without my consent. I've never done business with them and know nothing about them. I called them to try to determine why my card was charged and to see if there was a legitimate purpose, and the woman that answered "Selena" was rude and nasty. These fraudulent charges (which she confirmed I did not receive service for) forced me to have to cancel my debit card of several years and drive and hour each way to my credit union to get a replacement card in addition to having to change the card I have on file with so many companies that I actually do business with that I auto pay with this same card. I did try to speak to the manager about this, but she was conveniently "in a meeting" and so I'm waiting for a call back, but won't be surprised if I don't receive one based on the lack of professionalism from Selena. All I can say is to be careful. I still do not know how they got my information as this vet hospital is at least two hours away from where I live and I've never visited them or ordered anything from them. The charges were small, but my credit union advised that this is often the case before a larger attempt is made. Very unfortunate and a big waste of my time.
