The ROADS Foundation, Inc. is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) founded in 2006. Initially, the ROADS Foundation provided enhanced support and assistance for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. In 2015, the ROADS Foundation became a federally qualified health center and opened ROADS Community Clinic – Compton, the first federally qualified health center in South Los Angeles to provide a full continuum of integrated services, including medical, behavioral health, and dental services.
