  i normally dont write reviews but your employee tifany was very helpful yesterday and she has the same name as my daughter lol. 5 star customer service, and 5 stars because she helped me fast. my new favorite cricket location!

  OK clearly they are asking people to make nice comments about them because they are terrible at customer service. Specifically some girl named Denise first of all she lied and said the store didn't have a phone when clearly they do because I called it and she answered. But that wasn't the only lie when I told her I called her and that I had just spoken to her she lied and said no you didn't and when I begin to tell her my conversation she said yeah you did call to which I replied I know I did. And then this Denise character .... again who wasn't wearing a badge and is apparently a pathological liar.. wouldn't try to help me wouldn't try to assist me and told me I was the rude one and sent me to the Cricket on Mill and Mt Vernon (highly recommend u go there) I had to go to the Cricket store down the street to get better service from a gentleman there who had on his name tag, was very honest and extremely understanding of my frustration and recognized it as so.... he was willing to help every customer that walked into the door and not just send them away like this Denise girl did she is the worst thing that ever happened to that store and if the manager is reading this she is sending customers away that is money leaving your store and going down the street to the other Cricket you need to fire her..... ur close our numbers are going to be trash if u continue to let her represent us store. I will be there tomorrow to complain. Because this less than human character named Denise had the nerve to tell me "good leave and tell them at the other Cricket how rude u r".... she doesn't deserve a job.. FIRE HER!
