  I have purchased appliances & tech from BB. I also have the Geek Squad tech support. I appreciate the staff's friendliness & help. Geek Squad has installed numerous things for me & helped me set up my new TV. I highly recommend BB

  I wanted to write a review about the Geek Squad located at this store! I was assisted by Jay, who was patient, informative and reassuring. I came in with a laptop under a year old and their team provided detail descriptions of next steps of care for the issue to be fixed. Overall, I was nervous about my new laptop having issues, but Jay walked me through the process efficiently and with care. I'm currently pregnant with my first, and have been trying to not stress - the courtesy provided by this Clovis Locations team was excellent and I felt confident allowing them to make next steps for my devices care. Thank you Geek Squad!

  4/9/26 1030am. Before I had to spend gas and time to head out, I talked to customer service via phone. He said that I can bring my product back for an exchange towards a higher yield product and there wouldn't be a restock fee. I totally understand their restock policy therefore I was not plan to returning it but exchange. Once there, I was told that I was returning it but I told the guy I've spoken with your customer's service rep already that there'd be no fees if I do exchange. The clerk changed his tone as if I was dumb and I didn't want to argue there since a line was behind me. This guy does not distinguish the different of what return to exchange. You as the reader and I will find it hard doing business with cooperation like this in the future when one says yes and another says no. At this day when gas price spikes, I've wasted it by going there as well as time. Best Buy should give their customer at least one chance to exchange product for a more higher end, expensive one before taking restock fee. I went straight to Amazon after I got home and ordered a New $1400 S26 which I was planning to get from Best Buy for $100 more which I didn't really worry about because I like to support the local store where you can touch and feed things before you buy. When they do this, they're shearing through their own life line slowly. I'd hate to see them gone but it is what they incur. I guess I'll just pay off the Citi card they gave me, shred it. Sticking to Amazon and thank god for them sort of. Best Buy just lost a loyal customer and many more after I talk to my associates. My new phone is coming in tomorrow by 4am and so as the rest of my families new phone. Replacing from Best Buy.
