- EJEmma Joy2 days ago5.01st time coming to an apple store! Experience was fantastic. My phone was not turning on after being fully charged, they took it in and fixed it with in 10minutes! I was in and out and the employees are wonderful.

We were told no need to get a Genius Bar appointment. Just bring it in… The store was not that busy, we had to wait 40 minutes, I timed it from beginning to end. Spent the first 25 minutes waiting to get somebody’s attention. I talked to a “manager“ who said a technician was out and that’s why they were behind. I wish they would’ve told us that to start with. I have been an apple user for 30+ years… I love the products but in recent years I hate going into the store.

I made a $2900 purchase and when it arrived to the Chula Vista store the order was wrong. I did not order a wall mounted monitor. Was so disappointed in the clerk who ordered it. Jorge at the Chula Vista store helped me with my cancelation, explained to me why it did not have enough power for my needs and put me in touch with the Apple Business Team to help pick the right product
