  My wife and I flew in from Texas for vacation and my wife and MIL went to this location to upgrade their phones. My wife got a 17 pro max 256gb, which retails on the website for $1199 for existing customers. My mother in law got the 17e which retails for existing customers at $599. The manager Kaden, told my wife the phone was $1999, but she had an upgrade and since she was upgrading during the summer they were doing a promotion and she would get her phone (256gb Pro Max) for $1599 and her and my MIL would get a $200 blue tooth speaker (which retails on amazon for $62), 2- $100 “Liquid Glass” screen protectors, 2-free phone cases ($50 and $24), 2- $100 portable power banks, and 2- $50 quick cell tempered glass screen protectors and since they were waiting so long (about 2-hours) he would waive the activation fees. Sounds like a great deal, right? No. No paper receipt was given to my wife at time of purchase. Attached is the receipt my wife received in the email the next day from Bread since she financed the phones. Instead of paying $1800 + tax, my wife was charged for the phones at $1199 for the pro max and $599 for the 17e, plus full price for all the accessories, plus tax tax on all of it. This is nothing short of fraudulent and deceptive selling practices. To make matters worse, when she called and spoke to the manager, she was given the run around, so she called the corporate office and they said they are looking into this store. My wife and I went to the store today to return the “free” accessories and we were told they can only take our number and get back to us. They refused to give us the district managers number. Again we were assured that we would be called in the next 24-48 hours. They told us to come back after we’ve been called. We explained that we fly back to Texas on Monday and we are not going to be in town as we are on vacation. At this point, we are looking into small claims court. I’m currently looking into another carrier and I strongly urge everyone else to do the same as there is no customer service from Cricket and they scheme you into purchasing their exorbitant prices for phones and accessors.

  Israel and Kayden are literally the best every question I asked they helped they even convinced me to buy a speaker and a phone I will be going there for the rest of my life they both deserve a raise and i couldnt ask for anything more

  I went in and a wonderful young man named Israel was able to help me transfer my data to my new phone as well as figure out and fix the issues on my son's iPhone. He was very kind and courteous as well and fast. I've been to other places and I've never gotten this kind of top of the line service, I will a continued customer.

  I had an amazing experience there the staff was polite customer service through the roof I had bought a phone from them through the financing program and they explained everything so well if I could give them more then a five star review I would I read the other comments and what they say was nothing compared to what I experience definitely a place to go if you want to save money

  I would urge anyone shopping at this Cricket Wireless store in Chico to carefully review every document before signing and insist on receiving an itemized receipt. I visited the store to purchase a phone and activate a new line. I was told the phone qualified for a promotional discount and that several accessories would be included with the purchase. However, I was not provided with a clear breakdown of the phone price, accessory costs, or the total amount being financed before the transaction was completed. The purchase was financed through Bread Pay on a 24-month 0% APR plan totaling $2,238.53. After reviewing the financing agreement, I discovered that the accessories I believed were included with the phone had been added as charges. I also did not receive a receipt at the time of purchase. My concern is not simply the total amount financed, but the lack of transparency regarding how that amount was reached. Customers should be given a clear explanation of all charges and an itemized receipt before agreeing to financing. Based on my experience, I recommend asking detailed questions about every item being added to the sale, reviewing all financing paperwork carefully, and verifying that any promotional offers or included accessories are clearly documented in writing before signing.
