I arrived shortly before 1am on 7/7/2026 to transport the tiny body of a 2 week old kitten that was found abandoned and my family and I tried our hardest to give him (Zeus, orange male) a fighting chance. He didn’t make it, despite doing EVERYTHING possible. I even took him to a more local vet hours prior and spared no expense to try and save his life. With tears in my eyes, they accepted his tiny body and waived any associated fees. I am grateful for that. They promised he would be treated humanely and cremated. I could not afford any additional costs (such as his cremains) as I spent so much to try to save him. The level of kindness, compassion and grace your employees showed me knows no bounds. Fly with the Gods, Zeus. You will not be forgotten.
