  I’ve been coming to this Oakley since 2022 and I’ve always had great customer service. Fast forward to now, I had called the store in 09/17/2026 and spoke to a dude named Jeremy. As I was speaking regarding my sunglasses being delivered there he disrespectfully cut me off while I was speaking and also was rude the wholeeee time. He had a very rude tone, also mid convo he breathe under his breath and said “anyways…” what a character. DO NOT get serviced by this dude smh lol Also, I gave it 2 stars cuz a girl named Yuri was superrrr helpful when I came in and she was able to find the sunglasses the I wanted from another store to be shipped to the Cerritos store. She went out of her way to do that for me, and I def appreciated that. GIVE HER A RAISE!!! If it wasn’t for her, I was just gonna put 1 star or even 0 stars lmao But for the dude Jeremy, let him go or he needs to go to a character building class or something. Lmao

  I was so excited to purchase a new pair of sunglasses. Unfortunately the employees were too busy talking to eachother. It was such an odd experience. The main person helping appeared annoyed and often sighed when I asked to see sunglasses. I don’t think it’s the company’s fault but investing in some basic customer services skills for employees would be a great investment. I’ll be going to south coast from now on.

  It’s been my second time going and it’s been great both times. Shout out to Eddie for helping me out and for giving great service not only to me but to everyone else that was in the store. He was a very attentive and personable and made the experience overall better. The frames i wanted were out of stock but he made sure I was still able to purchase them w/ the labor day discount price and have it delivered to me!
