  The sales people and technitians are the best people I ever met at the Best Buy. They are smart, knowledgeable and warm heart!!! I am very thankful for their services. I love my Ipad which they recommended.

  I was buying a Headset for my son today tha cost $314 dollars so I asked the cashier jokingly do you have any coupon and sarcasticsly that cashier said NO in a stern voice and doesn’t have any customer service at all. You need to train your cashier how to handle customers. Like even when I place my card on the chip she commanded take out your card not smiling. If I’m the manager I’m gonna let her go back to customer service training 101

  Ordered a PC online was less then 1h to get a notification it was ready. Got to the store and picked it up no problem.

  I wish I could say going to this, and really, any other Best Buy was a better experience. I'm old enough to remember when Best Buy was an engaging experience. Staff were knowledgeable, stores were well stocked, and it felt like a good place to get hands-on new and upcoming tech. Today, it is little more than a shell of it's former self. The staff are... Fine. They do the jobs that need to be done but service is slow and not proactive. Checking out takes an inordinate amount of time because most visits there's only ever 1 person working the register - more times than not no one is actively managing the station. So someone needs to be flagged down. I've opted to leave and go to other stores more times than I care to when no one cares to come to the register. I do appreciate the recent changes for the showcase areas for novel tech - 3D printers, gaming handhelds, household goods, et cetera. It would be good if there were persons assigned to that area to help shopper connect with the goods. I'm a firm believer in retail, so I continue to chose them for my electronics needs, but with each successive visit I feel less incentived to patronize them.
